The fee will be set in advance by the Mediator on a sliding scale relative to the amount in controversy.
The standard proposed fees are between $2,500 and $7,500 per party, depending on the size of the claims. Optional AI settlement assist software can also be utilized at an additional charge if the parties agree.
(Additional fees are also charged if the mediation goes beyond one day.)
